The most amazing thing is that I just don't think about food. It's like the hunger switch got turned off.

I've gone from eating a big breakfast, a lot of snacks and a ton of drive-through fast food to eating a Balance Bar for breakfast, a grilled chicken salad for lunch and something small for dinner-- like a can of vegetarian chili. If I do snack I'll grab a handful of almonds, a banana or a couple carrots, and honestly, at times I have to remind myself to eat.

I haven't had any side effects or the high/low blood sugar I always get when I diet. The truth is I don't even feel like I'm dieting because the process has been effortless.

I only have 19 more pounds until I hit my goal weight and I'm calm and confident and I don't feel like there's any rush. That's a huge change for me.

I have less cravings, and I don't think about food nearly as much as I used to. I decreased my caloric intake by a big amount. I never feel hungry or starving. This is the only hoodia that I really feel made a diffrence. It doesnt kill my appetite; it just curbs it a bit. This has been awesome for me losing weight because I am just not active all year round . I have lost quite a bit of weight over the last several months- at least 18 pounds but I wasnt measuring that carefully at the begining. I think it was a little more than that. I have less cravings for food and am getting less hungry during physical activity so I would have to give this a high grade.

I know that taking hoodia alone isnt going to make me lose weight unless I fight bad habbits of eating too much. Over the last 2 1/2 months, I have lost 16 pounds. I am using a diet pill as well. This product has helped curb my appetite. Nothing stops my appetitie all together but I found that super hoodia helps curb my cravings enought to help make a difference as I am eating less candy and pastries now.

The seller sent the third bottle right away and was very nice but it was annoying that I had to take the time to email them. My next order came without a problem.

I am very happy with the product itself though. It has helped me lose weight. I am craving chocolate and cookies less which is nice. My girlfirend told me about this product. I have been using it now for about 5 months. We both seem to feel the same way about it- it is worth using but sometimes, ya just gotta eat snacks. When I am honest with myself about what I eat then I can clearly see a relationship between using the hooda and having less cravings for snacks. It may not work for me every minute but it works often enough that I will continue to buy it and use it. I am losing weight!
