Your Mind’s Crucial Role In Weight Loss! Are You Stuck?

Your Mind’s Role in Weight Loss

“Our limitations and success will be based, most often, on your own expectations for ourselves. What the mind dwells upon, the body acts upon.” — Denis Waitley, The Power of Flow

It's 50's Time Remembering The Past Poster Artwork Concept

It is estimated that we have approximately 65,000 thoughts each day. Ninety five percent of those thoughts are the same thoughts we had yesterday, and the day before that and the day before that. And most of the thoughts we have, be they positive or negative, elicit specific physical responses. It makes sense to look into this.

Before we get into the science and specifics necessary to think your way to faster results I want to utterly convince you that success begins and ends between your ears. If you have any doubts as to the validity of this claim, read on.

The Mind and Weight Loss

Crum et al. (2007) studied whether the relationship between exercise and health is moderated by one’s mind. Eighty-four female room attendants working in seven different hotels were measured on physiological health variables affected by exercise.

Those in the informed condition were told that the work they do (cleaning hotel rooms) is good exercise and satisfies the Surgeon General’s recommendations for an active lifestyle. (This, of course, is not true.) Examples of how their work was exercise were provided.

Subjects in the control group were not given this information. Although actual behavior did not change, four weeks after the intervention, the informed group perceived themselves to be getting significantly more exercise than before. As a result, compared with the control group, they showed a decrease in weight, blood pressure, body fat, waist-tohip ratio, and body mass index. These women thought they were exercising and consequently lost weight, despite the fact that they were doing nothing out of the ordinary whatsoever.

Beck et al. (2005) tracked 105 obese individuals. Sixty-two of them participated in three hours of cognitive therapy per week for ten weeks, while the rest served as controls. Cognitive therapy helps isolate negative thoughts, such as “I cannot lose weight” or “I will always be fat.” Eighteen months after the therapy ended, those in the cognitive therapy group had lost an average of 23 pounds, while the control group gained an average of 5 pounds.

The Mind and Performance

Marchant et al. (2005) wired test subjects up to weight machines that monitored levels of electrical activity in their biceps. Subjects were then asked to think in two different ways while exercising. One was not targeted while the other was specific to how the muscle was feeling and functioning during the movement.

Researchers found that the subject’s muscles worked more when they focused on what the muscles were doing. Results indicated that potentially greater strength would result from engaging in this practice of putting your “mind in your muscle.”

There’s more. Scientists in South Africa discovered something peculiar about fatigue: It doesn’t begin in the muscles. You know that burning feeling you get in your muscles toward the end of a hard set? It comes from your mind. Biopsies of exhausted marathoners showed plenty of glycogen (the body’s main fuel) and ATP (a chemical that stores energy); despite the fact they “hit the wall”. Their conclusion: Fatigue sets in not when your muscles run out of gas, but when your brain tells instructs them to conserve energy.

How powerful is the mind? Australian psychologist Alan Richardson chose three groups of students at random. None of them had any experience with visualization. The first group practiced free throws every day for twenty days. The second group basically did nothing at all. The third group spent twenty minutes every day visualizing free throws with no additional practice at all.

Twenty days later, the group that practiced daily improved twenty-four percent. The second group didn’t improve at all. But the visualization only group improved twenty-three percent—almost as much as the group that actually practiced! Richardson later noted that the most effective visualization occurs when the participant both feels and sees what they are doing in their mind prior to any physical engagement.

That’s not all—Smith et al. (1997) demonstrated that participants who weight trained over a twelve-week period achieve a 30% increase in strength. Those who only visualized themselves going through the same training circuit experienced a 16% increase in strength in the same movements.

Now do I have your attention?

Are you ready to find out how to fully maximize the power of that wonderful computer between your ears and use it to make greater gains in less time?
I thought so.

Your mind, properly focused for just seven minutes, will enable you to produce far greater physical, measurable results than sixty minutes of half-ass focus punctuated by cell phone use, gazing at attractive gym members, or reliving the day’s problems as you proceed to the next set. Hopefully this is common sense.

However, there’s more to this story—a part that is not so common. Specific thoughts trigger specific reactions in the body, and those actions have intense effects on everything from hormone secretion to mood. We will be looking at some of the science behind this phenomenon. For now, all I ask is that you fully realize the futility of merely going to the gym, working hard for seven minutes, and expecting incredible results without fully utilizing every tool at your disposal.
Your greatest tool, bar none, is your mind. Let’s dig in…

Casting Call Tollie’s New Show Anorexia, Obesity, Bulimia, Teens

Posted by Dreamer On January - 30 - 2009 Comments

Tollie’s Out Of The Darkness Project Presents:

Tollie’s   “Dreamer”

Tollie

It’s a Green light! Our new concept show is in Pre-Production and we are starting a preliminary casting call. Another Dream realized, Imagine… Tollie’s “Dreamer”.

I want to share with you a little background story about this show, and why “Now”, we are fully prepared to engage and unleash Passion for teens needing to believe in them selves.

Over the last couple months in my personal life and professional life there has been monumental changes. I began simplifying my life, reflecting on what truly mattered to me. I examined what are the keys to my ultimate happiness, health, and what truly propelled me to dream larger everyday. I just started asking myself one question, “If I died tomorrow, what decision would I make?”

My family was faced again with serious financial troubles. This time I was old enough to make an impact. My freedom began by completely let go of everything; I mean everything. For a while it felt as if I was completely free, and at peace. I started seeing things that at one time I would have never noticed. In a very short period of time I dropped 40 pounds of fat, without any major changes. My small ailments I was having, or should I say focused on disappeared. I just started asking myself if I died tomorrow what truly matter?

Then like a fire emerged inside raging, brought on with such power I once again was filled with Passion. This time though, I finally “Got It”! My dreams have began running wild; I have an abundance of energy pumping through my veins. I know that all my dreams are evolving around me.

Before, my passion was to help everyone I could; however, I couldn’t fulfill my dreams because money seemed to always be the catalyst I was missing, to achieve the goals I set forth. Once again I asked myself the question, if I died tomorrow what decision would I make?

Then it happened, my eyes opened and as an artist staring at his canvas ready to make the first stroke and create his masterpiece. A sun-drenched sky took hold, while piercing beams of light broke the clouds; the storm perished. However, the storm, the clouds, the money were all created by the resistance created within myself.

Dreams started flowing through me at a pace I still cannot even comprehend nor keep up with. Possessions were still leaving and everyday I was filled with greater joy, happiness and absolute passion, not for the future or tomorrow but for today. I just started living out my dreams and my true passion to create and envision a new world I could help mold.

I felt as I closed my eyes into my dreams, the feelings of those I would help and affect. I would have Goosebumps as I felt the ripple affect take place as my vision of teens living out their dreams and passions. Breaking the self-induced shackles of inner hells of eating disorders, depression, and self-doubt.

A dream where these kids were no longer looked upon as just kids but of an interval part of our expanding Universe; drafting their first chapters of their life early on and allowing them the access to network with mentors in their fields or interest to create.

I see the new world taking shape, new innovations, new visions, ideas and products coming from students and youth all over the world. I see no age barriers, I see ideas exchanged, visions shared, passions embraced as together with pure Love we propel a culture, into a piercing “shock and awe” affect.

We all have Greatness inside of us; we all have passions and dreams inside of us. The ripple affect will rage and in the presence of greatness labels, will dissipate, age will only be a number, and image will be slapped in the face.

This is our time of greatness; this is our time when ALL will take a stand for what really matters. Values will overcome greed and doubt. Love will eclipse fears and hate. Today it begins, today age will bear no weight, Today the famous exert from the Declaration of Independence will finally breathe life, no longer live as bound words on a piece of paper. Today I dream, Today I envision, Today I create, and today “ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL”. Today I DREAM…..

Treatments For Teen Anorexia and Eating Disorders Creating Dreams From Depression

Posted by Dreamer On January - 26 - 2009 Comments

They hardly eat at all, and their whole concentration will be on their diet or any other food related issue. In their distorted mind picture, it is better to do some exercise to work off that candy rather than sitting with friends and having fun.

Teen Anorexic Girl Always Dieting Captured In Black And White

An effective treatment for a person suffering from anorexia is to find out another person who had this eating disorder and has recovered fully. This is because sharing the experiences becomes lot more easier and helps. As discussed above the anorexic teen doesn’t want to believe that there is something wrong with them. It is for this reason that meeting another person who has already recovered from this ailment will be beneficial in the long run.

Remember that if the teenager suffering from anorexia has lost dangerous amount of weight, then they should be attended to, by a medical professional at the first instance. This is so they can regain sufficient weight to survive and then the actual treatment of this ailment can be started.

Treatments for teen anorexia usually are a combination of psychotherapy or psychological counseling along with medical and nutritional support. Through counseling, the anorexic teen can be helped to overcome their fear of eating and get a grip on the underlying causes which caused the eating disorder in the first place.

In most cases family therapy plays a vital role in making the teen suffering from anorexia, start eating healthily again. Family members or parents need to let the anorexic teenager see that their body weight or shape is normal and they are loved and accepted for what they are.

You can try to find out about group therapies in your neighborhood. These therapies too are quite helpful. As these are lead by a trained professional, who can keep the discussion focused and to the point, which benefits the sufferer a lot.

The important aspects of treatments for teen anorexia is to look for some specific option for the individual among all the treatment option available. Sleep is Critical For Weight Loss And Health Teen Diet and Nutrition

Posted by Dreamer On January - 23 - 2009 Comments

Sleep Is Critical for Weight Loss and Health

In an amazingly simplistic view of how things work, we have been told for the last 40 years that fat makes us fat. So we cut out the fat from our diets and discovered that we were not only still fat but unhealthy too.

Davy Jones Organ Pirates of the Caribbean Old School Poster Art

Then we were told that we needed to cut out even more fat and increase our visits to the gym. And to top it off, we were handed a copy of the government approved food pyramid or the diet of the National Cancer Institute and told that this is what we are supposed to eat to reach our ideal weight and be healthy.

Now we are fatter than ever, riddled with degenerative disease and dying at an earlier age than our parents did. What are we doing wrong?

A recent study from the United Kingdom reports that the lower the number of hours you sleep, the higher the likelihood you will put on extra weight.

These findings apply to all age groups including children. The research team reviewed the findings from 696 studies on the effects of sleep time on weight gain. They found a solid relationship between hours of sleep and risk of obesity. All the studies of adults as well as children showed a significant and consistent negative association between Body Mass Index and hours of sleep.

Another study reports that sleeping too little is linked to increased risk of stroke. While the researchers point out that their findings can be applied only to the postmenopausal women in the study, other experts are saying that the same relationship between sleep and stroke risk is universal.

Is it possible that the risk of obesity is not only controlled by what we eat but also how we sleep? A number of other studies have documented the adverse effects of sleep deprivation and its heightened risk of death. Let’s look at the mechanisms that may support this connection.

We came out of the dark and into the light

Up until the early 1900’s, average adults slept nine to ten hours a night, especially during the winter months. They were healthy most of their lives and died of old age. They didn’t spend their time worrying about heart disease and cancer, and for the most part they weren’t obese. The energy of the sun informed them as to what to eat, when to eat, and when to reproduce to ensure there was food for the offspring. They were part of the rhythm of all life on earth. When it was summer they stayed up late in the long days, and ate lots of sugar laden fruits and vegetables.

As a result of eating all those carbohydrates, insulin levels rose and so did the levels of the sex hormones which was a good thing because conceiving a child at harvest time meant it would be born at a time when food to feed everyone was just becoming plentiful. The rising insulin levels saw to it that the carbohydrates from the fruits and vegetables were stored in the body as fat to tide them over through the winter, and as cholesterol to serve as antifreeze in the cells.

As winter came on and the days shortened, our ancestors went to bed earlier. There was nothing else to do unless they were rich enough to have lots of candles around and wood to burn. They slept until they were awakened by the light of dawn, sleeping for about 9 to 10 hours a night, even 12 or 14 hours a night in the dead of the winter season. There wasn’t much around to eat in the way of carbohydrates except for some root vegetables. The winter diet was mainly protein derived from animal products. Researchers in the low fat era have called it paradoxical that our ancestors lived all winter on a diet primarily of meat and animal fat and remained quite healthy. Maybe it’s not.

By 1925, most of the big cities in America were lit by the electric bulb, an invention that parallels the discovery of fire, agriculture, and the microchip in its impact on the way we live. Coincidentally, the transportation industry began to bring to our tables foods out of season and electricity gave us the energy to process them. With these events, mankind divorced itself forever from the rhythms of nature and the energy of the sun. Now we can stay up as late as we want to no matter what season it is, and eat lots of carbohydrates every day of the year. And we can be obese and have heart disease and caner.

Now the average adult is getting somewhere between 6 and 7 hours of sleep a night except for the really motivated who like to brag that they get by on only 4 hours of sleep a night. If we are getting half the sleep our ancestors got when they were tuned into the rhythms of the biosphere, could it be that we will live only half as long as we were meant to live?

In exchange for obesity, degenerative diseases and shortened life, we now have the night shift, cable TV, email, internet surfing, career advancement, quality time, homework, chauffeuring, entertaining, doctor’s appointments, sitting in traffic, and going to the gym. It’s a wonder we can squeeze in those 6 or 7 hours of sleep. Our parade of activities is powered by our endless supply of carbohydrates.

Endless summer

Electricity has given you the ability to have summer all year round. Since your brain thinks you are still a biological being and thus hooked into that rhythm of life, it is going to perceive all that extended light as summer, and it’s going to tell your body to store carbohydrates so you don’t starve in the coming winter. Since the light has made it perpetual summer and you stay up late every night, your brain is going to put you into perpetual storage mode and make you crave carbohydrates. So let’s make it clear right now that no matter what the National Cancer Institute tells you, it is carbohydrates that make you fat. Dr. Atkins was right, it is impossible to get fat without consuming carbohydrates. Getting fat has nothing to do with eating fat.

Whether you get your carbohydrates from processed sugar, organic fruit, Coca-cola, beans, brown rice, birthday cake, air popped corn, or wheat germ, your body recognizes it as only one thing — sugar. Whether it’s low or high on the glycemic index, processed or natural, it’s all just sugar to your body.

It is insulin’s job to make sure you have enough food stored up in your body as fat and cholesterol so that you can make it through the winter without starving or freezing. It is only carbohydrates that produce an insulin response in the body. That fat pad you have on your abdomen is made from stored carbohydrates. It is supposed to keep your organs warm in the winter and slowly be burned as energy during the normal famine period of winter when carbohydrates are in short supply.

Mother Nature created a world in which balance and symmetry is evident everywhere you turn. Ying and yang, love and hate, boy and girl, it’s all about balance. This reversion to balance is nowhere better displayed than in the body’s constant striving to maintain homeostasis. This balance includes night and day, and feast and famine. In a world where balance still ruled, you would never be able to stay up through the darkness or stuff yourself with carbohydrates except in the summer and early fall.

In this out of balance situation in which contemporary life is being lived, our perpetual summer and never ending supply of carbohydrates puts us into a constant mode of feasting to get ready for a famine that never comes. This makes us gain more weight with each passing year until we become really obese. And the solution that’s offered to us for all this weight gain is to exercise and thereby further stress a body already stressed by living outside of the rhythms of the biosphere.

Exercise and the cortisol response

Cortisol is our primary stress hormone. It’s made and released by the adrenal glands in response to metabolic or emotional stress for the purpose of stabilizing blood sugar and blood pressure, and getting you back on an even keel. Think homeostasis. In excess, cortisol causes a deterioration of metabolic processes with one of the results being weight gain.

What goes on when you get up on that treadmill, lift weights or go jogging? If you do it maybe once a week or so, the release of cortisol will do what it’s supposed to do and restore you to homeostasis. But if you are convinced that your weight gain is the result of lack of exercise and you decide that you really need a grueling workout every day, your body and brain begin to perceive that you are in some dangerous situation like being attacked by a wild beast and that’s the reason for all the frantic activity. Your cortisol levels skyrocket to make sure you have glucose available to your muscles to fight or take flight. When your blood sugar is high your insulin levels are also high, and when this state is chronic, you become insulin-resistant and weight gain sets in.

Sleep and your immune system

The main component of your immune system is the zillions of bacteria that populate your gut, living in beautiful symbiosis with you. Keep them happy and they will keep you happy.

These thriving bacteria exude endotoxins throughout the day. When the level of endotoxins reaches critical concentration, an immune response is triggered. Sleep is that immune response, induced by the cytokine interleukin-2 produced in response to the high level of endotoxins. If you go to bed shortly after it gets dark, melatonin production will begin as you are falling asleep and continue into the wee hours of the night when prolactin production begins. White cells known as macrophages and leukocytes will be promoted by these two hormones for the purpose of thinning out some of your gut bacteria to restore harmony in the ratio between you and them. But you need at least 8 or 9 hours of sleep for the entire cycle of melatonin and prolactin production to occur. If you don’t sleep this long, you do not have time to produce an adequate amount of these critical hormones resulting in an impaired immune system.

Melatonin only gets produced when it’s dark. If you sleep with the TV on, have a street light streaming in your window or get up in the middle of the night to raid the refrigerator, you are effectively ending your melatonin production for the night. This is bad for you because it’s the melatonin and prolactin of sleep that make white cells, T cells, and natural killer cells (NK) that seek out and destroy defective cells throughout your body.

Staying up late with the lights on interferes with your melatonin production and the maintenance of your gut bacteria, and therefore your immune response is compromised. Your body is unable to attend to the housekeeping chores it is programmed to do while you are asleep. When this goes on for awhile you become a prime candidate for cancer and other degenerative diseases.

What all this means

Our current genetic makeup is the result of evolution over billions of years. It is only in the last 80 or 90 years that we have had the ability to light up the night and stay awake to watch, so the question of what it all means is yet to be answered. We are in the process of trying to genetically adapt to the constant stream of light and carbohydrates. It remains to be seen if any of us actually make the cut. We have changed our environment and the environment will now change us if we are genetically up to the task. If we aren’t, we will go the way of the dinosaur.

Ready For An Amzing Life and All Your Dreams Unlock The Power Of Your Imagination

Posted by Dreamer On January - 20 - 2009 Comments

Good things come to those with a good Imagination!

We are powerful creative beings, able to change our reality with our thoughts; this tends to be a big concept to swallow. Most of us believe that we are at the mercy of the way things look. We notice the conditions in our world and see our lives affected by those circumstances. When things get chaotic in the world around us, the turbulence has such an enormous impact on our psyche, that we find ourselves in survival rather than in the role of creators.

Tollie

The interesting thing about reality is that it is truly what you believe it to be. Even quantum physics states that any object just by the action of observation, is altered by the perception of the observer. We all see things differently. Each persons experience is colored by their experiences of the past. The cumulative effects of childhood, the environment in which we were brought up all impact how we see things, feel about them, and as a result shape our opinions, attitudes and beliefs. The thought of being in control of our destiny can feel very elusive.

Could it be something as simple as our imagination that can be the solution for harnessing our innate power even in the middle of great crisis? Can the mind be that powerful, and can we be that focused to utilize its power to bring forth a positive result in the midst of calamity? Here’s the good news…the mind has no judgment on what’s going on. That’s the egos job. The mind only takes a picture of everything that happens and records it into memory. The mind is capable of far greater tasks than we have ever endeavored, so let’s put it to the test.

The Law Of Attraction reminds us that things manifest as they line up energetically. Simply put, like energies are attracted to each other. Everything in this Universe is made up of energy. This includes how we think. Our thoughts are energetic. They carry waves, which are magnetized to similar frequencies. Here’s the interesting point, the mind cannot distinguish between real and unreal thinking. (What we deem real, or that which is imagined)

This is where we take control of The Law Of Attraction and create deliberately. This is a LAW as powerful as any. The Law Of Deliberate Creation utilizes the knowledge that thought is powerful and what we focus on manifests into our reality. With this understanding our concentration is on what we’d like to see show up in our lives. We don’t focus on what it looks like out there.

This is where some may say, “Well, I can’t do that, I’m a realist.” I grant you that if you are observing things the way they are, and that evaluation is what you are defining as reality, then it clearly seems correct. But again, things show up as a result of thought, because thought is a creative energy. To break the cycle of this reality requires a thought of a new kind. That will put in process a whole new energy, which will in turn; create differently than before. Training our minds to see things as we’d like to see them happen, using the full force of our imagination may seem like child’s play in the midst of all the craziness going on it the world, but again our thoughts are very powerful creative forces. There is no limit to what the mind can create.

5 STEPS TO GET CENTERED

1) Have fun with your imagination.

2) Remember your innocence. At the root of all beings is the innocence of a child. Tap into it!

3) Dream BIG! There is NO LIMITATION what the mind can imagine

4) FORGIVE THE INSANITY YOU SEE AROUND YOU, SO YOUR CREATIVITY CAN FLOURISH.

5) Concentrate on the feeling you have when you are imagining. The feeling aspect of the creation is the power punch that delivers the home run ball to create.

Creation happens in 3 steps: Thought, Word and Deed. You think about something, it’s beginning to take shape. You then speak about it. It’s now more powerful in form. You Act As If, it’s already happened, and BINGO! It’s outta the Park!

So honestly, even if at this moment you can only allow yourself to believe only half of what I just said, is it really that strange to say Dream and you WILL create?

Teenage Students Avoid Stress Weight Gain and Control Your Diet Success

Posted by Dreamer On January - 19 - 2009 Comments

I was out with some business associates and I was talking to one investor who has packed on about 15 pounds from stress. He has become overwhelmed with the current economic trends and his whole focus has made a shift to a negative view point.

Graffiti Art in Photography 28

To watch his spending he doesn’t go out as much and sits eats and watches the tube. His former active lifestyle has been replaced with mind numbing worrying about something he has no control over. I also heard from another friend who is stressed out while going to school, and worrying about job prospects after graduation.

As we talked I referenced a lot of familiar themes he is now creating through my past self doubt and obsession with money problems. I showed him how when I was working night and day everyday, trying harder to fix the problem I became even further in debt, I felt like a failure, gained 40 pounds and created misery for all those around me. I laughed and said the harder I tried the Universe just pushed back harder and it was only getting worse.

I said you want the key? Here it is, let it go. Let it all go right now! Do whatever makes you happy right this second. Be selfish and think only about you! He said, “you really do live in a dream world, don’t you?” I said yes and more and more everyday. Don’t believe me let’s examine what happened.

I dropped over 40 pounds in just under 6 weeks. I started having money show up in abundance. Those around me wanted me around all the time because I am full of life, laughter, vivid creative Passionate Dreams. Did I lose a lot of “stuff” yes! But the more the things went away the happier and healthier I felt.

Today I still have a couple issues to still allow to progress and come full circle. The outcome Im not worried about because Um happy and dreaming and loving so many more now. New larger dreams are coming into my life. New revenues of income with little or no effort are presenting themselves everyday.

When you free your mind you release your body of harmful toxins. You free your sole to dream into your true reality. You allow love, money, health and all you want to come into focus.

Don’t believe me ask yourself this question. On your worst day you can recall, did everything just seem to get worse and worse no matter your intentions? Now on your best day did you feel truly unstoppable and amazing and everything just seemed to work in your favor?

Your choice. Your life. You decide and roll the dice. Two options to choose today and then tomorrow will follow misery? Or happiness, health, money, and love!

It’s better than Monoply!

Just to be extra clear, there is absolutely no connection between the global economy and your freedom to think as you please.

Nor is there any connection between the global economy and your ability to shock and delight, suddenly and without warning.

I think that pretty much takes care of everything,

You can rest assured, that those who have hurt you had absolutely no idea of what they were doing and what was really going on.
It never occurred to them that you’d become even more magnificent. That they’d be invoking your sympathy, adding to your compassion, and increasing your “sparkles.” And it will still be eons before they can grasp that you actually welcomed them into your life and played their little games for some of these very reasons.

Bad Economy Bad Situations Life Kicking You In The Face Time To Be Great

Posted by Dreamer On January - 17 - 2009 Comments

Today has been amazing! With the current economic crap it has hit my family rather hard. We have had to create a lot of new solutions to basically survive. During all this we have held true to our Passion of serving and helping others.

Things we once believed were necessities are now gone and not missed. I have held strong to the truth that these economic times are a time of opportunity. We have created new business opportunities, we have sat around and dreamed and envisioned our life.

Dealing with creditors and banks using there old fashioned high pressure threatening tactics to collect money when there is none has failed. Because truly we are not the minority we are the majority. Our track record shows we have always paid our debts. So when over half the Country is in the same boat new credit decisions will be made. Don’t feel like a failure because you don’t have access to billions in your tax money to bail you out.

Friends and business associates we have helped in the past have moved mountains for us. Medicine is coming from Doctors we have helped by extra samples. Surgeries are being provided by Hospitals we have served. Support for my dreams and visions are being pushed by people from the past.

We had one last hurdle to take care of and we thought of one avenue to solve the issue. As much as I did not want to ask this favor I tried. Instead of helping my attempts went unanswered which I didn’t understand considering the situation and our past support for them. I honestly was hurt and upset.

I got an email from a mentor of mine after explaing the situation. He said stop let it all go, they are nothing and you loved and served them long enough. We will support you and your family, we will not let you fail as you have done for so many. You have a purpose and Vision and the Tollie I support creates miracles and dreams. You have greatness and support so failure can’t exist.

What a powerful way to change my day. That little roadblock is gone. Sure we loved and did a lot. That’s all that matters, the future sees truth and the future feels heart, Passion, and love for all.

So no matter your situation keep dreaming. Those who hope you fail and place blames in you will only replace you with someone else to blame when their life is not perfect. You decide and be great. We are in forgiving times so don’t take things personally just love and go move a mountain!
