Body Image Illusion Ends Now Embrace a New Dream

You can rest assured, that those who have hurt you had absolutely no idea of what they were doing and what was really going on.

It never occurred to them that you’d become even more magnificent.

That they’d be invoking your sympathy, adding to your compassion, and increasing your “sparkles.”

And it will still be eons before they can grasp that you actually welcomed them into your life and played their little games for some of these very reasons

Body image is very much an illusion. A illusion is simply something we perceive as true, or have been told is a fact. The hardest concept for so many teens and adults to fathom is the simple truth that what you focus on will become your reality. What you see and believe will become your truth. If you look in a mirror and stare long enough you will allow your mind to see imperfections, then you will squint your eyes and focus on more. As this illusion grows larger you are only allowing imperfections into your mind, so that is all you will see!

Anorexic girls and boys live in a mirrored illusion, they strive for perfection, because they feel no control, they want acceptance from others yet, won’t except themselves. Their minds only see fat, gluttony, the simple act of eating is a loss of control, therefore a failure.

Body image is determined by external forces, images you can’t match, yet you only see others, never knowing yourself. You hear the taunts from insecure students calling others “FAT”, “UGLY”, “POOR”, and you listen to their rants. You give them the power to determine who you are, you actually give them merit by agreeing with them. You see only perfect bodies from these students, perfect lives, and this is what you want, right? Yet, in their youth and in school they seem to have it all, but in the grand scheme of life your school years are a blimp on the radar screen.

See, those looks will fade, or maybe they won’t, they will always lived charmed lives, or maybe not. The point is who cares? Why do you care? You have control; absolute control over “ONE” thing, YOU!

You control, your thoughts, emotions, life and dreams. What you focus on and truly dream, will absolutely, 100% without a doubt come true! The problem is so many focus on the wrong things, and don’t truly dream and envision correctly. Because as much as you want something, you still only feel the pain and lack of having what it is you want. So, in reality what your focusing on is the pain, the un-satisfaction of having something. Then these kids start calling you fat, or ugly, and you buy their crap once again.

To these students who use insecure taunts and names to make themselves feel better its only because they are hiding in their own illusion.

One of the most beautiful women the world ever knew and felt was a woman no one would call beautiful. This woman who gave to millions and with each soft step she shook the world! She never even had a dime to her name.

This woman never wore clothes bearing a label or designer, yet because of her; countless forgotten children had something warm to wear.

This woman would be the first in line, when these students would be throwing out the name calling, and taunting. However this woman chose to only see LOVE and see Greatness, so in return she only received the same, she was un-reasonable! Yet, when Mother Teresa died almost every leader from all the countries around the world, and millions more felt the passing of a woman who only gave love and these millions wanted to give her love.

Mother Teresa’s dream was not fame, looks, money or clothes. Mother Teresa’s dream was for the human spirit to be set free. She knew that when there is suffering anywhere in the world no matter how far from her home, it was not ok, every person mattered.

She only wanted love, she dreamed of true love, and giving through service. Mother Teresa never sacrificed, she never was poor, she never went without. Because she never felt the lack of any of those things, she received everything she wanted, and she gave with no strings attached.

Stop the illusion of your body today. When you start feeling down and only thinking about your body, or any aspect of yourself which is negative, do the following steps. Live for something which truly brings you happiness, and passion and true love!

1. Recognize when you are focused on only the negative.

2. Let those feelings completely go, once you get it out then do anything to clear your mind and allow a real dream to be written. Focus 100% on this dream, do not focus on what you don’t have. Just dream, feel the full emotions of this dream, the touch of the amazing love your allowing into your life. Feel the stares from others as you walk by, walking tall and with a stride of confidence. Start laughing and visualizing all the amazing friends around you who love and enjoy being around you. Experience the smell as your walking across the beach at first sunset and feel of the mornings first light on your skin.

3. Allow the dream to un-fold. There is no road map, there is no set planned route to your destination. You dream, and allow the opportunities to open in front of you. As your moving through this dream, all of a sudden you realize, no one is laughing, no one doubts you. Pretty cool because the truth is the reason all those laughs and doubts are gone is because you first took them away from yourself and only allowed your true greatness to peak.

4. You want to enhance your body, lose weight, build muscle, anything you want you can have. However, same holds true as the dream process. If you only see fat, then that is all you will receive in return. Once that illusion is gone, the weight comes off and stays off. Exercise is for enjoyment and energy, its passion, it fuels your body.

Allow yourself to be great today!

“However long it takes, however difficult it seems, or however lonely you may become,

remember, you live in a dream world where everything can change in an instant.

Especially when you’ve been dreaming.”
