How To Do Pushup Variations Video
If you want sexy arms and defined triceps, you need to do pushups, not
triceps pushdowns.
Pushups will help you get nice arms, and avoid batwings. So if you want nice
arms, master the pushup. And if you want to pass your physical recruitment
test for the police academy or military, master the pushup.
Of if you want to push other athletes around on the court or field (within
the rules, of course!), master the push-up.
You want to be mobile, athletic, lean, and sexy? Master the advanced pushup
variations.
T-Push-up
Start in a regular pushup position, go down, come back up and rotate one
hand towards the sky.

Close grip Push-up
Place your hands about shoulder width apart. This works the triceps more.
Push-up with one foot elevated
Harder work for your abdominals.
Grasshopper Push-up
A tricky move that will increase the amount of work done by your abs. It
also involves some fancy footwork.
Spiderman Push-up
One of the toughest pushup variations I’ve done…this one includes your abs
and legs.
Push-up with feet on the ball
A nice moderate pushup challenge.
Push-up with hands on the ball
A tough pushup for your chest and triceps.

Losing 300+ pounds…his passion for no child to live as he did!
Tollie, who lived his life as “the fat kid” and dealt with his self-inflicted circumstances in a self-destructive way, ballooned to over 500 pounds by the age of 24.
The pothole-ridden first few chapters of Tollie’s life are viewed by most people as nothing short of inspiring, as seen in various national publications.
