Celebrity Fitness Trainer Kim Lyons and Family Circle Editor Margit Ragland Share Secrets to Looking and Feeling Great Inside and Out April 28, 2008 – Spring is here and summer is around the corner, which means it’s time to shed heavy sweaters for sundresses, shorts and sandals. Most people try to shape up before swimsuit season, but it can be hard to find time and motivation between work, family and social life. Luckily, celebrity fitness trainer Kim Lyons and Family Circle’s Senior Health Editor, Margit Ragland, are teaming up with Crest Healthy Radiance to provide easy exercises and tips that really work! Kim demonstrates simple exercises anyone can do at home, at work or on the go, and she shares her secrets for staying motivated through simple routines. Margit shares a sneak peak of health stories from the June issue of Family Circle, including news of an exciting nationwide challenge to get America walking toward better health. I got this prob too. I think you have to "erase" your hollow back ( im not sooo good in english;)) I did this mistake at first too. I tried today to not have an hollow back and it works fine. Only my neck is after 25-30 repeats slightly strained.

There are cases where people do over workout for their age, by overwork out I mean use protein supplements, and working out too much, working out the same areas too much(which can mess up your muscles) where they do experience stunted growth, but I never started using supplements til about 18. Best advice if you do choose to work out at a young age is to not get on the weight gain stuff, just change your diet.
  21. Krawnikal, August 9, 2010
I started working out when I was 12 and I was about 5'3'', I'm 19 now and 6'1''. The stunt growth things is almost like a wives tale.
