Here is your relaxation/meditation exercise! You can sit cross legged, or in your chair with your back straight, be sure to take deep breaths frequently! Remember, it’s just you and the Goddess, so enjoy and be greatful for all of your quality time with her! Again, this is VERY recommended for beginners, because you sometimes dont know exactly what to do when you read something that tells you what to do. Having it all set up for you may make things that much easier!

This is Jill Valentine’s exercise video! Put to an “interesting” beat, you can’t deny her “moves.” But seriously, it seems like they’re motions from some fighting mode that didn’t make it into the game. Either way, Jill Valentine seems to be pretty flexible.
