It doesn’t really hurt when I stretch, but it’s a tingling sensation. It feels quite good after the stretches. Nach einer Woche Durchführung morgens und Abends habe ich Null Beschwerden. Davor hatte ich 2 Wochen starken Bewegungsschmerz mit einem geschwollene Sehnenkanal(?).
