MyMary55 on August 21, 2010 at 2:46 pm ww converts calories to points and need their book to be able to do and keep track, but there is a lot of diets out there similar to ww. Poncho151500 on August 21, 2010 at 3:32 pm It really works! I feel great, and I only started a week ago! I didn’t have much to lose really, like 15 pounds. But I’ve already lost 5! It’s awesome :D! Make sure you check with your doctor also about how much weight you should lose and if there should be a points adjustment for you age/height/weight. SiNGxLiKExCrAZY on August 21, 2010 at 6:16 pm im 13 and i want to try weight watchers because regular dieting just won’t do it:/ how do i keep track of points? i dont want to actually pay for it i just want to keep track of points and weigh myself. SiNGxLiKExCrAZY on August 21, 2010 at 6:45 pm im 13 and i want to do this because regular dieting isn’t working:/ how can i keep track of points? my friend told me theres a point finder? x0xlesleyx0x on August 21, 2010 at 6:51 pm i went on weight watchers. it really is a great program to be on.. i lost like 20 pounds in 2.5 months but then gained it all back plus more after my car accident. so i’m starting back on it, and down 10 pounds so far. 🙂 congratulations on your weight loss success!! 🙂 melissahaslotstolove on August 21, 2010 at 7:13 pm @sadielynn1991 Definitely! Its a healthy weight loss program and it works melissahaslotstolove on August 21, 2010 at 7:43 pm @thazbr00tal I exercised off and on, so yes but not consistently TheHollyweirdFiles on August 21, 2010 at 8:30 pm WOW great job.. i have been trying to lose weight and i was considering weight watchers LauraNietert on August 21, 2010 at 9:01 pm WOW!!! I started weight watchers four weeks ago and lost 9 pounds. Its amazing. Im 22 and started out at 220 and down to 211. still got ways to go but it’s definately is a lifestyle change. good luck on your journey. thazbr00tal on August 21, 2010 at 10:38 pm was this with excerise or without? sadielynn1991 on August 21, 2010 at 11:13 pm im 19 do you think this would be a good program for me to try? ProjectPretty on August 21, 2010 at 11:59 pm Wow, cool video =D I’ve been doing the same thing with weigh-ins on my youtube channel. I’ve lost 43.2 pounds so far on WW 😀 Congrats on your progress!!! oliviaolas on August 22, 2010 at 12:52 am this is inspiring. I always thought this program was too strict but it works for women who seem to have trouble dieting like me…I would try it since on my own I am a bit of a dieting failure. Good for you, lady! melissahaslotstolove on August 22, 2010 at 1:01 am @JoePodable If you go over points, you have a weekly allowance to help you negate any gain. Sometimes you go over even those points and then you don’t lose weight or you might gain that week, but you just get back on plan the next week. JoePodable on August 22, 2010 at 1:32 am @Frogger1995: WOW DUDE, tw i have a question, what happens if you go over the points you have? MaximinoGillespie10 on August 22, 2010 at 1:58 am it’s really great that you’ve been consistently losing weight. but your journal logs are all from the shoulder up, so we can’t SEE any difference. keep up the good work!
